Landmark College, Putney, Vermont, 125-acre campus, which provides highly accessible approaches to learning that empower individuals who learn differently to exceed their aspirations and to achieve their greatest potential is offering as of Fall 2019 Transition at College (TaC)https://www.landmark.edu/admissions/tac

Transition at College (TaC) – a track for students who are a bit unsure if college is the right choice for them. It is ideal for students who want a slower transition into the college experience. Similar to a Gap or Post Grad option, TaC provides enhanced resources and opportunities to explore academic, social, and professional interests while assessing strengths and weaknesses. Students are admitted to the Associates of Arts in Liberal Studies and placed in the TaC track where they take a reduced credit load. TaC provides them with time to participate in on campus work experiences, developmental classes, skill building workshops and field trips. Features include: earning college credits; early Orientation and onboarding; residential advising, mentoring and coaching; enhanced programming for families; team meetings every 5 weeks, weekend experiential activities; Life 101 co-curricular development; and wellness integration programming. Space is limited and applications started in January 2019.

Landmark College Partners with Johnson & Wales University – in Denver – offers a unique two-week summer program for high school students that focuses on Executive Function (EF) skills development. Students will learn how to apply writing processes, understand academic strengths and learning style, and integrate strategies for academic success. The program also includes an innovative optional Weekend Workshop for Parents. Applications for Summer are accepted starting in January. www.landmark.edu/summer

Landmark College accepts students for JTerm (January - 14 days, 1 course 3 credits), Spring Semester (Late January), Summer (June) Programs, and Fall (September) Semester. For students who have experienced difficulty with their fall studies, consider applying for their Bridge Experience (classes start last of January).  Students can work on failed subjects, transfer back to their original college with pre-approved classes' credits or apply/transfer to a new college or remain at Landmark College to graduate.
Admissions Office call 802-387-6718 or email admissions@landmark.edu.
