I couldn't find any place that has comprehensive list of schools that offer combined degree in Psychology program, although growing number of schools are offering this option.  It is interesting to see every school I am finding are offering so many different options such as BA/MA, BS/MS, BA/MS, etc. Hence, it was difficult to categorize it.  I'm listing what I have listed and hope that many others can add to this list if they know any other colleges have this option.
